What Sportik is

Sportik is a Telegram Mini App that helps a personal trainer keep track of clients, workouts and memberships. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not process payments, is not a medical service, and gives no training or health advice.

Who may use it

Sportik is for adults with a Telegram account. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide about yourself is truthful.

Account and access

You sign in with your Telegram account; there is no separate password. That means whoever has access to your Telegram has access to Sportik — guard it the way you guard your messages.

You are responsible for everything that happens in your account.

What it costs

Sportik is currently free in full: every feature, with no limit on clients, memberships or sessions. We do not ask for payment details and do not charge you.

The membership prices you enter in the app are your own bookkeeping. Settlement with clients happens between you and them, without our involvement.

Your data and your clients' data

The records you create — clients, sessions, memberships, templates — are yours. We claim no rights over them and do not use them for our own purposes.

At the same time, by entering another person's data into Sportik you take on responsibility for doing so lawfully: informing your client, obtaining consent where it is required, and removing that data at their request.

How we handle data technically is described in the privacy policy.

What you may not do

If you find a vulnerability, write to us — we will be grateful. That is not a violation.

• Attempt to access other people's accounts, clients or sessions.
• Scrape the service's data automatically or generate excessive load.
• Use Sportik for unlawful activity or to store unlawfully collected data.
• Circumvent technical limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities without our permission, or interfere with its operation.

Early release and availability

Sportik is under active development. Features may change, appear and disappear, and the service may be temporarily unavailable due to updates or technical failures.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular uptime. We do take backups, but we advise against relying on Sportik as the only place where business-critical information lives.

Liability

Sportik is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages: lost profit, reputational harm, or the consequences of decisions made on the basis of data in the app.

We remain liable for what the law expressly provides and make no attempt to contract out of it.

Ending your use

You may stop using Sportik at any time and ask us to delete your account together with your data.

We may restrict access to an account that is used in breach of these terms or that harms other users or the service. Where possible, we will warn you first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Substantial changes come with an updated date at the top of this page and a notice in the bot. Continuing to use Sportik after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We try to resolve disputes by correspondence first — it is faster for everyone.
